FAQs
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. On our 30-day plans, you’ll pay for the month you’re in and then you’re all done. On our 12-month plan, you’ll retain access until the end of your paid-for period.
What’s included?
On our Standard plans, you can configure 1 assistant based on our ready-to-go libraries. Luna Pro includes a Luna assistant trained on custom libraries, specific to your organisation’s needs.
Where does the general knowledge come from?
Luna is powered by services from Anthropic, Open AI and Meta. Each assistant has an API securely linked to the most appropriate large language model (the clever AI bit) to process prompts and answers.
Is there anything Luna won't answer?
Luna assistants are default told not to be rude and won't engage in inappropriate dialogue. Some custom assistants are limited to only answering questions from their trained knowledge, but as a rule when a Luna library doesn’t have the answer, Luna will fetch it from the trillions of data points inside its large language model(s).
Can I add more custom assistants?
Absolutely! You can request additional custom assistants anytime. There is an additional fee per month per custom assistant to cover processing and organisation wide access of £1 per user. You'll receive your annual discount if applicable.
Are there any limitations?
Luna limits the number of simultaneous conversations you can have at any one moment and in a day. These limits are part of large language models, and are increasing all the time as AI usage becomes more common.
Can I change the tone of voice?
Every Luna assistant is highly customisable. We can alter the tone of voice, formatting, writing style and more with our custom assistants. Just ask.
Is my data safe?
In a word yes. Luna does not train on your data, and our interface is designed to avoid saving threads or conversations. This keeps your sensitive data safe and users anonymous.
Does Luna learn?
Every live conversation you have with Luna builds on the data within that conversation, always improving its answers. But unlike other AI's Luna's underlying model does not learn from this data. When your conversation is over, it’s over. This protects your intellectual property, privacy and data.
