Introduction

We’re now moving into the next stage of our work: taking a closer look at how things actually happen across the organisation, how tasks get done, how decisions are made, and the different ways teams and individuals go about their day-to-day work.
First of all, thank you for taking the time to complete the questionnaire. Your input has already given us a really helpful starting point, and it's helped us understand which areas to explore in more detail.
To build on that, we’ll be visiting your offices soon and speaking with a number of people from across the organisation. These conversations will help us understand what’s working well, where there might be opportunities to improve things, and how different roles and teams fit together in practice.
You’ve been invited to take part because we think your perspective will be especially valuable. Thank you for making the time to chat with us, we’re really looking forward to hearing your thoughts and learning more about your role.
