Introduction
First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to complete the questionnaires and giving us a glimpse into your role and what you do! We've gathered all the responses, mapped out everyone's tasks, and now we're ready to dive into the 'how' of the organisation's processes and procedures.
In this stage, we'll be taking a closer look at how things are currently being done, exploring the different paths people take, and understanding the reasons behind their choices.
To do this, we'll be visitingyour offices soonto chat with specific individuals about the tasks they're involved in. Our goal is to get a thorough understanding of how things work across the organisation - within teams and on an individual level. The more insights we gather, the better equipped we’ll be to provide the best recommendations.
Based on your feedback in the questionnaires and other factors we've considered, we've requested that you're part of this group. We've scheduled some time during our visit to speak with you, and we’re looking forward to learning more from you!

What To Expect
There will be two of us visiting, and when we sit down with you, one of us will lead the conversation while the other focuses on taking notes. We’ll also record our chat to make sure we capture everything important. This approach helps us gather all the details we need and keeps our time together running smoothly. We’ve found it’s the best way to ensure we don’t miss anything and make the most of our time with you!
We’ll be speaking with a lot of people and know your time is valuable, so we’ll keep our discussions to a maximum of 45 minutes. This helps keep everything on schedule for you and gives us a little time to prepare for the next conversation.
Since we're not familiar with your space and might not yet be able to match faces to names, it would be greatly appreciated if you could come to the space we've been allocated at your designated time. Your designated Point Person will make sure you know where to find us on the day.
Please do try to arrive on time, as we have back-to-back meetings scheduled. If you’re late, we might not be able to gather all of your valuable insights. Your Point Personwill let you know what time we're expecting you.

Our goal is simply to learn from your experiences and get your valuable insights on how you, your team, and the wider organisation currently operate.
