• Travel green or climate friendly, always offsetting our travel impact and choosing the greenest way to get around.
• Travel by train or EV where possible and when we fly to offset of emissions for each flight.
• Travel for under £325 per person per day in the UK or £425 per day elsewhere
• Cost it sensibly, travel is a pleasure and the bill should not be a shock.
• Charge mileage at £0.25 per mile.
• Book flexible rooms and transport by preference.
• Eat plant based and from sustainable, organic sources.
• No alcohol.
• Share the detail and bill it fast keeping expenses transparent and avoiding back logs.
• We will include all receipts within expenses invoices.
• Face to face matters. When the travel's "on us" we will let you know in advance so you know not to expect a charge.

Spaces

• For under £200 per day per space per day in the UK or £350 per day elsewhere
• Book flexibly or notify you of the cancellation terms and notice period.
• When possible offer food and beverages to keep you fuelled up and hunger away
