Typically, it’s a multi-year project, on average 2-5 years.

Do you do quick implementations?
Absolutely! We can offer a small-scale transformation, but we’ll want to complete our maturity and mapping work first so that everyone has the foundations in place for success.

What does an implementation contract look like?
Great question. Typically, it’s a 12, 24, or 36-month agreement that auto-renews on its anniversary so that you’re never without cover.

What does implementation typically cost?
This varies greatly but a typical subscription will be £100 to £200 per head, our smallest non consultancy subscription is £5000pcm. Our average subscription is £9250pcm.
