All our work is managed within our Plans portal, an easy-to-use, task-by-task interface that lets you assign tasks to the relevant people in your team, view progress, and communicate with our team. This platform keeps you informed and on track every step of the way.

We need active participation, including providing access to necessary data, engaging in the collaboration process, and being willing to answer our analysis questions. The hard work is on us, ensuring you have a seamless experience throughout the process.

How long does continuous improvement take?
Continuous Improvement is an ongoing process tailored to your needs, typically spanning multiple years for full implementation, but with regular reviews and updates to ensure steady progress.

Can you do quick improvements?
Absolutely! We can offer small-scale transformations, but we recommend completing our maturity and mapping work first to lay a solid foundation for success.

What does a continuous improvement contract look like?
Typically, a continuous improvement contract spans 12, 24, or 36 months and auto-renews annually to ensure ongoing support.

What does implementation typically cost?
This varies greatly but a typical subscription will be £100 to £200 per head, our smallest non consultancy subscription is £5000pcm. Our average subscription is £9250pcm.

Where does continuous improvement fit in?
Continuous Improvement runs alongside your digital transformation, with new ideas and opportunities noted down to become part of future changes.

Is my data safe?
Yes, we record and log everything securely with end-to-end encryption and in line with our data and cyber security policies.

Do I need an NDA?
No, but we can provide one immediately upon request.

What happens if my processes are really bad?
We will let you know, visualise the issues, and provide a detailed report with guidance on moving towards optimal processes. We may recommend further maturity evaluations, mapping or forecasting.

Does your AI learn from our data?
No, our models never train on your conversations or data and are isolated to avoid this.
