Yes, completion of the Digital Maturity Audit is a prerequisite to join Thrive. This audit helps us understand your organisation’s current digital landscape and sets a solid foundation for your transformation journey.
How Does The Delivery Work?
Once all your analysis and reporting is completed we collaborate with you to create a project plan. Within that plan we setup Plans for every piece of software and the changes ahead, this way you have all the detail at your finger tips.
What does the subscription term look like?
Thrive is a 24-month auto-renewal subscription. This ensures continuous support and improvements for your organisation’s digital transformation journey.
What kind of support can I expect from the Yopla team?
Support is provided through group and individual emails, online meetings, and face-to-face sessions when Yopla deems it necessary (sustainability is at our core). We summarise all our meetings and can share them as we go. Additionally, we log and report as we progress, ensuring you are always informed.
How do we get started with Thrive?
Once you’ve completed your Digital Maturity Audit, you’re automatically eligible for Thrive. Contact us to discuss your needs, and we’ll guide you through the onboarding process to start your Thrive subscription.
Is there a minimum engagement?
This will vary based on your digital maturity audit but it's typically 24months.
Where does continuous improvement fit in?
